A fully equipped functional kitchen, and 2 living areas, one surrounded by curtains allowing access to the pool deck and the other offering a cocooning space inside with sofas and flat screen TV.
A luminous bar area, an equipped carbet, deckchairs as well as a hammock will allow you to enjoy the farniente and the trade winds while watching the sea.
3 air-conditioned rooms furnished with beds in 160, 1 air-conditioned room furnished in 140 and 1 air-conditioned room with 2 beds in 90. 3 rooms have their privative water room with WC and Italian shower. A 4th bathroom is reserved for the last 2 bedrooms.

The villa is located in the commune of Sainte Anne, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 40 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of SAINT ANNE and find all the conveniences: Commercial space, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Fruit and Vegetable and Spice Market.
You will not miss the unavoidable local market on the main avenue. The Artisanal village is a must for strolling and shopping in its many stores. The many restaurants along the beach of Bourg will delight your taste buds.
The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Bourg beach, Bois Jolan, Helleux) are only 5 to 10 minutes away from your superb vacation villa.
