Welcome to Villa Nilam, a magnificent and unique Caribbean house nestled in a lush and secluded setting, right on the edge of the Saint François golf course. The single-level living area and the split-level sleeping area offer 107 m² of living space, accommodating up to 6 people. Be charmed by the private swimming pool (7 x 3.70 m) complete with a spa area, perfect for moments of pure relaxation. The open, airy terrace provides a welcoming space for outdoor gatherings, even when the weather turns bad, thanks to its enclosed design.
You'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an American-style refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop for preparing meals and refreshing cocktails. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The sleeping area comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) and direct access via a small hallway to its own shower room and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm), an en-suite shower room, and a toilet.
A guest toilet and an outdoor shower are conveniently located after a swim in the pool.
A gate provides direct access to the golf course outside of opening hours. A goldfish pond at the entrance adds a unique touch. Private parking with an electric gate ensures peace and security.
